Description
Demi sec is a delicious aperitif beer. Sour-sweet thanks to a complex fermentation process. Fruity thanks to the incredible perfume of elderflowers, captured in homemade elderflower syrup that is delicately united with the beer. With flavour evolution, unfiltered and unpasteurised. An ideal refreshment on a warm summer’s day, or an excellent companion at the start of a meal. This beer is the demi-sec of our three aperitif beers.
