The candy sugar used for refermentation in the bottle gives this beer its lovely amber colour and a soft finish. The pleasant bitterness and the head that clings to the glass come from hopping with Saaz alone. The 69 refers to the brewer’s year of birth. With flavour evolution, unfiltered and unpasteurised.
